Telithromycin (Ketek) can cause blurred vision, double vision, or trouble focusing. Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be awake and alert.

Combined with Astelin:

"Other side effects may occur that usually do not need medical attention. These side effects may go away during treatment as your body adjusts to the medicine. However, check with your doctor if any of the following side effects continue or are bothersome:

    More common

      Bitter taste in mouth; drowsiness or sleepiness

    Less common

      Bloody mucus or unexplained nosebleeds; burning inside the nose; dizziness; dryness of mouth; headache; muscle aches or pain; nausea; sore throat; sudden outbursts of sneezing; unusual tiredness or weakness; weight gain"
