PROBATE
Since my wife's death I have been plodding through the "probate" procedure and all would have been straight forward if the will had been simpler? It has myself and our two sons mentioned as beneficiary instead of our basic choice of willed to partner or if no partner survives on to the next family choice etc. any way the appropriate forms are now signed and things should be released within the next few days?
