RANDOM THOUGHT/FEEL FREE TO SKIP
Remember my friend who got married last year? His dad died of Liver Cancer on Holy Thursday, I feel so bad for him because we were classmates since forever and all of us were really close to his dad and we never even visited him in the hospital because we had no idea that he was even sick! Apparently, he was only diagnosed last March and by then, the cancer was already in the 4th stage. :(
The last time I spoke to him was during my friend's wedding and he was telling me about how it was only yesterday when his son and I used to play. T__T
So we went to the wake and spent 2 hours folding money to burn and take with him to wherever he's going. Chinese wakes are kind of a big deal, 1 girl was refused entrance because she was wearing red and red is a big NO-NO. And it's awkward because remember how I said that my friends' wife has no Chinese blood? The relatives are kind of "cold" to her and deliberately speak in Amoy/Fookien just to alienate her. I'm so happy my friend is teaching her to speak, that way she can at least fend for herself. But at least the mother seems to be fine with it now, that's always a good thing.
I think everyone's getting old, this year is barely halfway done yet i've already lost so many friends/acquaintances. I also learned earlier that one of my friends died in a car accident while driving home. She fell in a ravine, good gad.
Anyway, enough with depressing things, death is part of life so we all need to move on.

I was thinking of setting up a building to rent out. LOL, I know that probably sounds weird to some but hey. if I have the resources and I can make it work, I figured why not? I don't really want to be an employee all my life so business might be the next best thing. (I talk big for someone who's yet to graduate, geh.)
I was going through bank policies on mortgages and sheesh, I worry if I can pay it within 5 years time. But I don't want to take out a loan with longer payment period because the interest can and probably will kill me and I don't want to still be paying my mortgage by 30! I want to earn! It's not really that I don't have a source of income as it is but i'm never really contented and law is just not my thing, therefore, I might not even bother practicing it even if I do become a lawyer... I think i'm wasting time.
I figured renting out stalls might be the easiest way to do business, since my lot is already in the downtown area and is a prime location. Finding renters are easy considering that they're the ones coming to me hoping to buy it for MY price. Which is even more confusing because now i'm torn between selling it or building my own.
Argh. I need to enroll in a business class for this!!
Any business minded people out there who can give me tips? What do you think?

What if I went to 2ne1 then a month later Big Bang does a concert?! I CARE MORE ABOUT BIG BANG than 2ne1 but I don't want to go to both since they're both expensive as fuck! I mean 200dollars?!! Plus, airfare! And place to stay! And my TIME because I study!!!
