ok, I made a booboo, the more I "get to know" Ashlee Simpson the more I like her, and I hate to admit it but I was wrong about almost everything, and I'm probably goin to buy her CD unfortuanately lol,,, I dunno, I just think that her and I could be really good friends in the future, and I dont want my judging her to get in the way like it would have with Jess and Katie D and Katie G.
I found an Appartment in Los Angeles, and I dont need anyone to move with me but I think it would be more fun, so if any of you people on my friends list think you could put up living with me and have ever considered moving to California, please let me know :) I'll tell you about the appartment I'm looking to rent and please keep in mind that I'm not moving untill 7/8/07 so you have time to change your mind or tag along,,, ok...
this place is 2bedroom and 2 bathroom and its rent is $2,409.00 so it is about $1,204.50 for both of us, however if you let me have the master bedroom, ill pay $1,509.00 which means you'll only have to pay $900.00 :) No I know it sounds like alot but understand that in California you make more at your job, Like for example, you can charge $120.00 for a hair cut, which means you would have to do only 8 haircuts a month to pay rent,,, and you can do 8 hair cuts a day, and I'll gladly pay the full rent untill you get clients if thats your job, or whatever it may be, I'll pay rent if your a whore untill you find clients ;) lol,,, but you get my point, right? Because if I sell 5 houses a month,,, I'll make at the least about $5,067.75 and I will be selling more houses than 5 hopefully, and if the houses are worth more I'll be getting more from them so I'm completely confident that I can pay the rent, myself. $79,900.00 is how much it costs just for a double wide, so it will be so much more for a house right now im looking at a $749,900.00, a $539,000.00, a $584,900.00, a $425,000.00, and a $489,900.00 OK, so lets say I sell all of those houses,,, (5 of them) I would make $167,322.00 for just those five houses,,, thats almost 5 times what my mom makes in a year, NOW I KNOW THAT ALL OF THIS MAY NOT MAKE SENSE AND MAY BE CONFUSING, SO IF YOUD LIKE ME TO EXPLAIN IT MORE,,, OR IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN MOVING WITH ME,EMAIL ME AT HOLLYWOOD90210CA@AOL.COM AND I WILL EXPLAIN IT SO MUCH BETTER TO YOU,,, but this appartment has the following...
