as summer comes to an end...
summer is almost over for me... technically it goes for a few more weeks but for me today is my last REAL WHOLE DAY OFF!!! Starting monday I have work for 2 weeks then a week off before the actual school year begins for the kids. School starts in a week so... I guess I will try to get out alot next week when i only have work... and the first week of sept. when i only have school 2-3 days of the week.
its so sad I don't even know what classes i'm taking anymore, it feels like so long ago that i signed up for them. a week ago i signed up for some art class @ IVC and music @ cypress... then @ cypress I have my senior seminar (children and creativity i think?), my senior class w/ an internship attached- something about early childhood, parenting, and some class about teaching special ed kids. thankfully i'm pretty confident parenting will be cake, and hopefully the internship class will be like last semesters internship class which was super easy and almost required no time at all. i'm pretty sure the senior seminar is going to take alot of time cause i guess u have to put together alot of research and projects, presentations, and papers. BLEH.
this summer has been pretty eventful. went to oregon. went camping in SD. went camping in the mountains. Spent 4th of july with friends and family @ the mountains. spents jills bday in sd gambling and going to seaworld. bonfires. fairs. marks bday. and wedding planning!!!
thus far i have bought my wedding dress, picked out a florist, venue, and shopped around for bridesmaid dresses. anywho today i my dads birthday and i just sent mark out to pick up his presents (if i left they would have totally known i wait til last min :p) i hope the rest of u are having an awesome summer cause its almost over!!!
