Next Year! (In search of a fourth)
Looking a Fourth!
This is for those who are going to stay in the Rochester area for the 09-2010 academic term!
Ok so I've already got an apartment for next year which is exciting!!! :)
However, my roommates (Alayna Z and Sarah G) and I are in search of ONE more roomie. Our fourth backed out and we're looking for someone who'll be fun to live with. BUT that person has to be respectful, somewhat clean, be comfortable with living with three deaf girls and be respectful of Greek life.
The apartment in question is at Park Point and the rates actually varies depending on how long the lease is.
For a ten month lease it'll be 725 per month
For a 12 month lease it'll be 652.50 per month
For a 15 and a 24 month lease it'll be 616.25 per month
