I'm always on my last cigarette for the night. My eyes are wide open now. My head feels like it should still be cycling through massive amounts of thought, but no more. I sit in my room with a carton of smokes nearby and a few empty beer bottles. This place actually looks pretty familiar to me. I think the only thing that makes this place feel less like home is the missing library. My music collection while fuller than it has ever been...is mysteriously missing gaps of things someone else remembered.
My guitar has 5 strings...goddamn my roommate.
I went to a friend of my parents place the other day about some weird job offer. I pull up and see the jesus fish on the back of their car with "wwjd" inside the fish. First thoughts..."run". I knock, no reply, leave, he comes running from out back. I go in, watch a video. These people seem to take their cultism to many extremes. He keeps calling, I finally told him to piss off.
Music stuff is going well, despite the fact that our practices have been shorter. Due to the people in our complex we've had to cut it pretty early, and start late. Met some new guy today, while amusing and potentially contributing, he's also a tad bit...off. Have you ever been in a room with people and they are watching tv and your first thoughts are "i should play guitar pretty loud"? Thats just me, little things irk me.
mc looked at my hands and i had nothing for him to autograph. he marked my head, but i washed it off. i mean...yknow, im not a groupie or anything. I feel kinda silly because i own all of his cd's and a few shirts. One cd is signed, being limited edition and pre release, i also picked up the second release of it. So yeah, i should have brought something for him to sign. Instead, I just ask for a pic...well, i was mumbling due to the fact that his nerdiness overwhelmed mine, and caroline said "he wants a picture with you". Taking retards to the zoo, thats what i feel like. Road trip food: zesty chex mix, teriyaki beef jerky, and a whatchamacalit...yum. Thats should cover the 4 basic food groups...wait, pretzels arent a vegetable...feck.
I want another cat. When i went over to that freakjobs house he had two loving cats. I'm pretty sure though that if i get another cat it wont turn out to be anything like the one i had. Of course i dont think any of my friends would play it like an instrument so it might turn out ok. i dont know, fuck it, i may just get a rabbit or something really stupid...like a sloth, yeah, that'd be really interesting considering they scare the piss out of me. I wonder how my turtles are doing...
my bday is next month...not that anyone is going to get me anything besides my gf caroline. that is, if she doesnt dump my ass before then :D 20 fucking 6...wow. 26 on the 26th. yep yep. i dont care to think that im an old man anymore. i may not have become famous(infamous, yeah), or made shitloads of money, but i've done alot. i'm happy with myself, i'm happy with the decisions i've made, i dont need any superficial future, and i dont need anyone trying to decide it for me. i see myself being an interesting old man in 30 years(if i even live that long), with the same dry humor, the same crooked smile, and the same old secrets. yeah, i know something you dont know.

mc said three things last nite, the first being something i pretty much knew:
mc chris is done with adult swim
sealab 2021 is canceled
athf movie comes out at the end of this year
about these, adult swim is really iffy in what they say. all 3 of these could be a joke really. about the first, it was my understanding that mc moved to brooklyn i think. #2 i really miss harry goz & capt murphy, the show is still funny as hell but it lost something big. #3 athf has picked up a larger fan base, if this happens theyre going to push to make the show more known before this release. But then it was said athf was canceled, which it isnt. Also there are new episodes of sealab...although this could be the final run. Yet somehow the same 3 episodes of tom goes to the mayor play over and over. I really hate emo kids.
