Can I have some more, please?

Mozart is good and fun but other than his masses I'm getting far too much piano for my sanity. And the more that I think about it, he's going to have a lot of piano. Especially on the CD iheartschnickle so graciously lent me.

More composers, people. Primarily orchestral composers. Are there any modern guys who compose in the "classical" vein other than for movies and games?

ETA: I'm looking for mostly unknown ones here, not the regular stock answers of "Mozart," "Beethoven" and possibly Haydn. Did Wagner do anything other than the Ring opera? Are there composers I know of that did orchestral music I just don't know about? The problem with spending one year as a music major and then just sticking with piano means I don't have very much in the way of exposure outside of the one instrument and the little I've heard otherwise.

I'm going to be pretty much on my own here, aren't I?

ETA2: eloe: I only have part of the Requiem, at elast what looks like a movement... and I'm going to have to find the rest. That was awesome.
