I'd been ignoring all of the posts about the massive sale. Today I got another email announcing the sale is coming to a close on Saturday so I started browsing. Serial Experiments Lain for $35! Ginger Snaps for $5! The Troll boxset giving away Troll 2 because they knew it wouldn't get any distribution otherwise: $7.30! $7.50 for Reign of Fire which ( Read more... )

Put in SUPERSALE for the coupon code and it should take 20% off the $44.60. At least according to the email and dr_r0ck.

Yep.

$35.68 is the total when I put it in my cart and it would be exactly that due to the awesomeness of their free shipping.

Will do.

Right now I'm kind of stalled on Bubblegum Crisis. Not because I lost interest, but more because it felt slightly repetitive from episode to episode at times. I kind of figured that instead of watching three or four episodes a night it may be better to wait a week here and there so that things don't seem so mushed together.

I did get RahXephon and have been meaning to ask you where the movie falls in the series, but I've been pretty lazy with the LJ lately. I kind of get the impression that it falls after the series, but am not exactly sure.

From what I get, it's a recap. The movie for Fullmetal Alchemist is set a couple of years after the series. Evangelion has a sort of recap movie (Death and Rebirth) and a sort of explanation of the last two episodes (End of Evangelion).

Go you! Er, but if you're going to place an order can you wait until later tonight? I have a HUGE DVD list that I would like to start hacking away at.
