3 hours into the IBM welcome order meetings. After light breakfast, it's been all stuff for sales and marketing. Why is customer support here? Why is F&A here? Why is IT here? We easily could have come in after this and not been bored to death.

Sadly, they didn't use those slides or any of the Jim Henson produced intros or training videos so far. :)
