"WHAT?!" Adora yelled back, thumping onto the porch, flour all over her face and bread dough in her hands.
"What are you so mad about?" Wyatt asked in an offended tone, leaning on the axe in his hand. Adora raised an eyebrow and, if looks could kill, he'd be Vapors.
"You yelled at me!" she threw back, absent-mindedly turning the dough in her hands.
"I did not yell at you," Wyatt huffed. "I called your name and you didn't answer!"
"I'm trying to make your dinner!" she shouted back, letting go of the dough long enough to point into the cabin. Seeing the look on his face, Adora huffed and dropped her shoulders. "What? What is so important, Wyatt?"
Wyatt swallowed thickly and raised the axe. He was three feet closer when Adora stepped back and pointed at him. "That does not come into my home!"
It wasn't that she thought he was going to chop her into little pieces, but, well...
Wyatt stopped and huffed, leaning on the axe again. "Dor, I need your help, okay? I'm sorry I raised my voice. I will make it up to you, twice." Raising his eyebrows, Wyatt gave her that look and nodded slowly. "Please, Dor," he continued, waving for her to come closer.
Adora watched him for a moment before letting out a huff and stepping off the porch. "What? What does the big, bad Tin Man need my help with? And you let go of that-Why are you all wet?" she asked as she was within reach, noting that his clothes were damp.
Wyatt had to remind himself not to reach for her and he held the free hand up before she got too close. "I hit the wrong tree." Adora looked up with narrowed eyes. "It's not water, Dor."
She looked down to the hand holding the axe handle and could see the yellowish tinge of the sap coating his sleeve, arm, axe handle... and all of him from the stomach down.

Adora raised her eyes to the sky and shook her head. With a heavy sigh, she turned on Wyatt and marched herself and the bread dough back inside the house.
"Dor!" he called after her, but she was fast and already inside the cabin.
Letting out a heavy Ancient curse, Wyatt put his sap-covered boot down on the underside of the sap-covered axe blade and tried to pull himself free. He had to remember to move his foot a moment later, before it was stuck, too.
The sap was already hardening in the fresh air and his arm was killing him.
Nothing.
"Dor!"
Still nothing,
"ADORA!"

And she was just going to leave him there.
