50 watchers!
Wow! It's been a red letter day for this community. And I haven't even made any icons. :)
There are now 50 watchers! Thank you so much, y'all. I feel honored to know that all of you like my icons enough to watch the community. It sounds silly, but it really is special to me. Sooooo I said that we'd have something fun when we reached 50 watchers. And I didn't lie. SO.
I'm making interest icons for anyone who wants one. The only requirement is that you were one of the 51 people watching the community when I made this post. :)
Okay! I said a long time ago that I would do this for my flist, but I never found the time. So I'm gonna do it smart this time. Here's how it's gonna work.
You just comment and tell me that you'd like an icon, if you do. I'll go to your userinfo and pick an interest, and then make an icon for you that's related to that interest.
Then, I'll give you a number. That number will be the number of the icon that is yours when I make the post. Don't worry, even though I'm putting them in a post, your icon is for only you, unless you say otherwise. It's just easier for me to put them all in one post, rather than replying to each of you individually.
You have until the day I make the icon post to ask for one.
Give me about a month to do all of these. Assuming that all 50 of you ask for one, it'll take a while to find all of the pictures and everything. And I have other icons that I need to round up and post. Also, I'm in the middle of finals, but I should be finished in a week. That will free up a lot of time for me. I just wanted to get this up and running now . . . but I want you to be patient and know that I'm working on them. It'll just take a while, that's all. :)
