032 - Sam knows how to run a kitchen (not)

Alright, rationing-- with a population like ours and no real checks and balances-- is not going to work. It's inefficient, unnecessary, and with everybody's panicky, apocalypse prepping behaviour, we're just going to end up with idiots individuals hoarding and stealing when there is absolutely no need to. We've got a commercial kitchen; we might as well use it.

I think we ought to set up a kitchen crew, three groups with a shift each, or one group with three shifts. It shouldn't be too difficult, if we set up a thorough system. We'll need somebody to keep inventory of our food-- an updated inventory. Also, I think a warden should be in charge of the kitchen crew... preferably somebody who actually knows a thing or two about cooking no offense, Ms. Bohemme. Uh, Rube? Interested?

Aside from that, we'll have to actually have a crew-- and please, no funny business. You'll be monitored to prevent any stabbings, poisonings, etc.
