Been a bit out of the loop lately-- buried myself under a stack of papers and all, so I was wondering: what's the status of Shinzon? I know he went to Zero, but in terms of longer-term solutions... Are we any nearer in figuring out just how he got his hands on all the necessary components and how to keep this sort of thing from happening again?

Oh, and I've got the results of the meeting compiled. We should get started on getting everything in order ASAP. Here you go:

RESOLUTIONS

PROPOSALS

1. Proposal: To abolish the Security Team in its entirety. Wardens will be expected to fulfil all Security duties to the best of their ability.
   -Passed.
   
2. Proposal: To abolish the Level 0 guards in their entirety.
   -Failed.
   
3. Proposal: To keep a rota of all wardens who presently do not have another duty (e.g. medical staff, kitchen supervisors, library supervisors). Wardens on rotation will be called to supervise Level 0 for daily 8-hour shifts, two per shift. The rota will change each week.
   -Passed.
   
4. Proposal: To keep a garden on deck, for therapeutic effect.
   -Passed.
   
5. Proposal: To petition the Admiral for a spa.
   -Vote-Off. This one tied.

6. Proposal: Establish a new job function, supervised by a warden at all times, for Barge maintenance and repair.

9. Proposal: ALL wardens will be called upon in the event of warden misconduct, to examine the issue and determine consequences, if necessary.
   -Failed.
   
10. Proposal: To prohibit all sexual relations between wardens and inmates.
    -Failed.
    
11. Proposal: To prohibit sexual relations between wardens and inmates who are assigned to one another.
    -Passed.
    
12. Proposal: To compile, maintain, and update a list of current residents and locations. The list will be distributed to, at minimum, all wardens.
    -Passed. Some expressed concern over allowing inmates access to this.

13. Proposal: To compile, maintain, and update a list of inmates who pose the greatest threat to themselves or others, to be viewable to wardens only. Due to the potential for this list to compromise confidentiality, the minimum standards for appearing on this list will be determined by the wardens as a whole.

14. Proposal: To have a small, elected security post in place for extreme emergency situations such as the Borg.

16. Proposal: To maintain a common list of everyone's basic abilities and field of expertise, for reference in event of an emergency, or specific need of a particular skill.
