I'm trying to get ahold of you, it appears that you might have ripped several people off in the Xbox comm..I'm hoping you haven't so I am telling you that I will be filling with paypal on monday, unless I hear back from you by then. I know there's alot of people bitching right now, on that comm, so I'm just trying to contact you beforehand, in case it is some kinda mix up.

i personally sent all of the xbox games. a friend of mine went to the post office with me, we boxed all the games, and shipped them. i sent my parents some christmas things too that they never received on the same day. only one of the packages i mailed got to its destination. i dont know if it depended on the route, but for some reason all of these packages never where received. im fuckin pissed about it, but there isnt a damn thing i can do. the most i CAN do is keep bugging the post office, but i dont know what good that will do. and i cant refund anybodys cash cause im fuckin broke...there was a reason that those games where sold and all the money has been spent...and i am seriously sorry. its frustrating. especially because in some way, shape, or form, its my fault because i took those games to the post office and everyone is giving my girlfriend a hard time.

although I have to say, leaving a msg like the one you left in the xbox comm isn't going to help the situation at all, it makes it look bad if nothing else, anything you leave if this doesn't get resolved will probably get looked at by the paypal people.

understandable. thing thats pissing me off is she just came back in town and has a bunch of shit to deal with...yestaurday, less than 12 hours after stepping off the plane, shes back in classes. im sure you know how that can be. and then people are being shitty...she had no idea this happened cause she didnt have a computer and no one contacted me until you did, so i didnt know either, except that my parents never received their gifts. all im asking is that everyone back off a bit about it. its the usps who screwed up, but moreso, those people didnt pay for insurance OR tracking numbers, meaning we have no responsibilities to pay anyone back. heres my bit, and this might sound jerkish, but im really not trying to come off like i might. we dont have the games anymore. the games where shipped. for all i know, everyone got their games, but i wouldnt think of people to lie like that. i dont deal in shady buisness, so being accused is enuf to get me pissed off. there is no legal contract saying those games where sold, so in honesty, the
