We are living in the future...

Picture the scene, gentle reader.
The bright harsh lights of a busy supermarket, the sterile plastic shelves with their tonne after tonne of consumer goods there for the taking at the mere swipe of an electronic card.
There I stand, perusing the selection of digital storage disks containing interactive entertainments for the smaller of my home computers when an interesting title catches my eye.
So, I activate the high resolution camera in my pocket terminal and take a picture of the box. My terminal sends the picture by radio to a vast array of computers somewhere I have no real knowledge of, and a few seconds later I am presented with options to watch the films made of the game's production process, read the biographies of the game's development staff, or buy the game cheaper from shops that only exist in the world behind the screen. At the top of the list is a figure compiled from the opinions of others who have played this game in all countries of the rapidly shrinking world.
It said 2 out of 5, unimpressive.
So I went looking for a jetpack or sexbot to spend my credits on.
No luck so far gentle reader, but soon, soon...
