Oh my goodness, I slept last night! In fact I actually napped from about 10.30pm, got up just enough to do the dishes and then go to bed, and rather surprising fell straight asleep and - not counting my usual tossing and turning and waking up at night - didn't wake up properly until about 8.30am this morning! So that was my first happy - actually
