Yes, this is yesterday's pics... Why the crows? Stone the crows! I had no idea they were that colour, a bit like magpies.

Well someone had to say it... *g* This one looks quite pale in the pic compared to how they look through my eyes (if you see what I mean...), but they do have that blue-ish tint to them when the light hits them right. I like them - they're fun, and I like hearing them shifting about in their sleep at night in the big tree outside too. *g*

I like to watch the crows in the garden too - ours are mostly hoodies, and our visiting jackdaws and magpies always make me smile, too.

Your comments about the crows reminded me of my brother's rants about the raccoons. They're supposed to wait until the ducks have their turn. Doesn't quite work that way. *g*

And, yes, feeding animals can get expensive. We were feeding the deer during the winter, hoping to keep them from destroying our bushes. Helped some, but they still made inroads.
