Day 31 Happy - Tuesday 24th October
Happiness is Melissa Scott saying out loud (in her most recent Patreon post) that Pros was one of their inspirations for the Astreiant books. I mean, yes, because of all the things that have been pointed out in the past, and ha! to the few naysayers around who would now and then post quite cattily about people happily noting the similarities. *vbg* And happinesses are also her Patreon posts in general. I just wish I wasn't too sleepy to read today's post now...
What else? The girls were mostly fine today - I actually took them on my own chores, cos I realised I'd mixed up the date of my nephew's birthday, and it was next week. We went to the Lego shop in the big MK mall, and then to Pret and then swept through the bookshop. Then after A's nap we went to the post office, with a playground sweetener for the girls. Oh, and R and I made home-made playdough ornaments to "cook" and hang up (hopefully tomorrow we can paint and/or glitter them. *g* So nice things, but I must admit to being knackered right now - and it's only Tuesday!
Yet again I can't believe the person who left the Great British Bake-Off - I could have sworn that the person who ended up staying had had far more negative comments/disasters... But so relaxing as usual to watch, and even though it was a bit more tense, it's still so much more positive than almost anything else on at the moment!
I know there was something else from a couple of days ago that was sort of ongoing that I was going to post as a happy, but can i think of it...? I think I'd better get to bed.
Oh yeah, another happy today - bed! *g*
