w00t!!! Jessi's working again.
EchoStar called back. I'll start training for working tech support for the Dish Network on Monday. Not a bad gig, $9/hr for training. It's second shift, which is how I like it. I'm not exactly a morning person, and this way I'll be able to do stuff (errands mostly) durning the day..
All and all today was a good day. I went out to lunch with Laura, got home, got the message from EchoStar and then talked to Doc for a while. Euro-boy always cheers me. Later on I'm gonna go over to Rob's house and watch Fifth Element with him. (Can you believe he's never seen it? This boy needs some good movie edjumacashun.) Was gonna make chilli for dinner, but ended putzing around instead. Oh well, I guess we'll have to suffer through something or another. Small price to pay for a good day.
Other random notes for this entry: Yesterday I made pumpkin pie/bread/seeds from scratch!! (I realize I have too much time on my hands, but thanks for thinking it.) They all turned out good, which is good, since I was fiending for veggie bread. And here I thought my roommate was supposed to have cravings...
That's right, Gina's pregnant. It wasn't planned, but that's the second roomie I've had that this has happend to. And considering I've only lived with three, it's not exactly a good track record. (BTW, I thought that was a very nice segwey.)
So to sum up this excellent entry, I'll be celibrating my current employment status by watching movies, knitting baby blankes and munching on homemade pumpkin bread.
