#57: drabble: My Girl/My Home
Title: My Girl/My Home

Summary: A 200-word response to Kanjani8's My Home PV.
A/N: Crossover with Arashi's My Girl PV (i.e. the one where they are five brothers in a similarly pretty house). RatherVery Ridiculous.
After Ichiro rips up the floor plan of their new house and all their furniture is moved back into place, seven guys move into the house next door.
They send Ichiro over with some cookies. He returns puzzled.
"I didn't want to disturb them," he tells the others. "They were painting the walls very slowly."
"Maybe they're being extra careful," says Shiro.
Their new neighbours are musicians, it turns out. They have a drum set in place of a sofa in their living room. (Goro knows because he snooped around while they were out.) Every evening they sit around and have massive sing along sessions. It is rather nice at first, but after the fifth day this starts to get old. Especially since they appear to only know one song. They also seem to enjoy taking turns standing outside their front door, emoting soulfully.
"Well, to each their own," says Jiro diplomatically.
The brothers resolve to be cordial. Besides, the song is kind of hummable.
Then Saburo comes home one day to find the neighbours taking a group photograph outside the front door.
"I might be wrong," Saburo tells the others, "but I think they were smiling in slow motion."

Don't get me wrong, I'm rather fond of the PV! It's just that my brain is working funny at the moment.
