About to hop off of here and do some reading!
I don't know why I've been on here (I mean the computer/Internet) so much when I should be reading.
I have the time to read since there is nothing on TV and I don't have any DVDs to watch from the library, etc.
I remembered to go to choir practice tonight.
Tomorrow I am going to meet up with a friend at the Job Center. We are going to find out about job training. I hope at least my friend will qualify for some kind of training. She's been trying to get help from her job coach and her BVR counselor. They either ignore her or give her excuse or the runaround. Ridiculous.
I think my sons guinea pig is dying. We can't afford to take him to the vet. We noticed he had "wet bottom" last week so we bought some stuff called "dri bottom" and gave it to him. He does seem to now have a dry bottom but he hasn't been eating and recently it doesn't seem like he is drinking water either.
The last time we took one of the guinea pigs to the vet it cost almost $200 and the poor thing wound up dying anyway. I think I accidentally killed it when I was trying to give it medicine.
I know they don't live forever (usually only 5 years at most- I think) but still.....
I can't remember when we got this one.
I just hope it doesn't get too cold as if I can't dig a grave for him if the ground is too frozen- then he'll have to spend the winter in the freezer in a box. Not too fond of that idea. That is what we had to do with the other one.
