Why????
Why can't I ever just live in the moment?
Why can't I just "live for today"?
I tend to do everything but.
I tend to live in the future: worrying, making plans to do such and so, etc.
Live in the past: regret, what if's or only if's, or wishing it could be like it was back in such and such a year or such and such time period, etc.
I know I should be more grateful and satisfied and trusting. I know all of this and yet....
Plus: I'm "bogged down" in my fear(s).
Lord please forgive me.
