Storms aheaded this a way!
Well at least rain is. Looks like possible t-storms again. I really should get off of here.
Went last night to the bank after my son got home and wrote me a check for most of the rent. I had also received a check from one of the ladies in my CR group for $100. I was/am most grateful for that. Between the church, her, my son and what I put in I was able to pay the rent AND the water bill. So- I went to the bank and then rushed over and paid the rent and then went to CR.
Today or actually tonight- I am running the PowerPoint presentation for our "casual" service.
We were calling it our "contemporary" service but the guy who's been supplying our singing/music seems to run "old school" and "country" We really need to get someone to do contemporary/rock/Christian rock. We have been kind of struggling for over a year to get this thing off the ground. So far we don't have many attendees. Sad.
Well I guess I need to get off of here and find something more constructive to do. But I may just lay back down for awhile. I didn't get much sleep.
