April- The Month of Death
So today marks 17 years since my father-in-law passed away.
That's at least 3 people in my family that have died in April. The other 2 are my husband and my mother. I think there may be one or two others but these are the one's that hit closest to home - so to speak.
One of my neighbors lost a daughter last year in April and a friend of mine lost her husband last year as well. And then there also was the shooting at Virginia tech.
On the other hand- I could say this is the Month of Birth as- both of my parents were born in April and also my husband. And one of my nephews turned 24 yesterday.
Well anyway- I guess I shouldn't dwell on it too much but April is a rough month for me.
