slept late, made it to work, headache
I had some nice dreams. Probably my body wanted me to stay asleep.
I woke at 6 a.m. which is at least a half hour late.
This gave me time to feed the cats, get dressed and make lunch before going to work.
Got to work in time for the 7:30 a.m. meeting, but in dire need of coffee and breakfast.
I found the vending machine and bought a $2 Kind bar which, along with the extra tangerine and the extra grape juice I brought from home, sustained me until lunch time, but with a headache.
My company still has a complimentary beverage program, but no paper cups, so when I checked out the cafe I returned empty handed (I need a cup). Somewhere I have a ceramic covered coffee cup of my own, but not here to-day!
About 3% of people here wear masks and the rest go about as usual, even though Covid cases are rising. A friend is recovering from Covid right now.
