Back in the office
After 2 years and 3 months I am working again in the company offices! When I last was in a cubicle and they asked us to work from home I thought it would last two weeks! I wear my mask in the building except at the desk. A lot of folks took the "hybrid" option so they use first come first serve cubes. So it is really empty and quiet here. I don't like that I will now be buying gas for my truck every couple of weeks, especially now. When I worked from home I filled up every six months when my only driving was the weekly grocery store trip and other rare errands or appointments. I have more room under the desk to stretch my legs, which is good because my right knee just this weekend gave me pain.
