Landscaping Bill!
The invoice for the landscaping done by Terra Sol at House60 totalled: $13,526.
* Bark everywhere (stringy black bark).
* Tudor Umqua pavers leading straight to our steps.
* Flat rocks previously in the front pathway now used for a short pathway to our new driveway in the back.
* chain link fence removed.
* carport removed.
* many plants pulled but we retain our big trees.
* grass sod "carpet" in the back yard.
* side gate and posts removed (not because I wanted this done, but because it was more expeditious to them).
I am bothered that my request to slope the land away from the house was met by increasing the land and deepening our basement window wells.
That problem will have to be fixed over time by me.
