The Silence of Library Thing
There are now more than 2050 books in the Zolacmanor Library as documented in Library Thing.
As I write this the total is 2056.
We definitely have reduced the number of books we add to the collection lately. Once in a while I run into a book or topic and buy a few books online. We rarely go to the thrift store any more and have not been to a charitable book sale in years. Frankly, part of the reason we don't buy more books is that we don't have shelf space!
The latest books were on the CCC, one about a U.S. photographer during the 1860s (not Matthew Brady, which this book refers to as "the myth of Matthew Brady" because so much has been attributed to him when actually other photographers did the work), a couple of books on railroads which built into Oregon and a few more photoplay novels.
