The Rainbow Canned Food Store
Sometime in the space between the time I finished taking classes at the University of Oregon and the time I got a fulltime job at KFLS, I would drive my 1966 VW bug to the Rainbow Canned Food store located between Eugene and Springfield, Oregon.
My favorites: corn bread with Jalapeno pepper mix, can of shelly beans, can of Italian beans.
