No roof, ebay
The roofing company has torn off our roof and prepared the decking and the ventilation of the attic, but the actual metal roof has not been installed.
Two abortive attempts have been made.
The first crew couldn't even get the panels up on the roof, bending one of them.
The second crew started with good intentions but only got 3, maybe 4 panels (I can only see from the ground, so it is difficult to know for sure). Rain postponed their work.
To-day, overcast, but not raining: no crew.
I am told the crew was supposed to be here to-day and to-morrow to finish everything, but no one is here.
I've got a bad feeling about this.

There is one item I have bid on and completed (for the most part) some historic research which is very interesting. So I am intent on winning this set of three photos with handwritten text--more of an album page.
