Bits and Pieces
* received Gates family negatives without issue to-day.
* yesterday was visited by a nice man with beard and dark skin who was looking for a "Second Chance." He wore a jacket but shirt was untucked. He followed the "script" but I felt uncomfortable giving him anything, supposedly for magazine subscriptions. He walked away dejected. People need gainful employment that makes them feel good. I just felt that what he was doing to get his feet on the ground wasn't how to do it, but also wanted to help somehow.
* working from home this week...as long as it takes to get it done on time (this week). Worked late last night and will do what I can tonight as well.
* just got a phone bank call tonight supposedly from the National Children's Cancer Society. I told the gal who called that I would research the organization before I give money to it...and she thanked me for taking the call and said goodbye. This is the way these kind of sales calls should go IMHO.
* I feel like I can't get caught up with anything. I think I need to focus on what I have and what I can do with what I have. In a way I have been headed there, but feel I need to do more.
