Tax Day
* Taxes done. Stocks tedious. Lots of pages. I was up until midnight. No dinner.
* State lighter but still not one stamp's worth. 21 cents.
* Fed had 2 stamps but too bulky for a letter, so needed 42 cents more which makes it a different class of mail.
* So glad I brought them to the post office....assure me we get our taxes in on time!
* Bad enough the penalty is so big on the stocks.
* Intricacies on renting are weird. Hope I got it right.
* The new building at the old car dealership is not yet finished but already someone sprayed tags on its bricks.
* I drove Marisa to the airport. Woke at 3 a.m. Will miss her. Actually already miss her.
* Airport short-term parking has sensors for each parking spot...lights a light for used as red, open as green...but also sends data to a computer at each row which announces how many spots are available. Cool! Need this for the parking lots where I work!
