Feeling Good
I don't often get to say this, but I feel good right now. An astrologist might say all my planets are aligned. All the things that affect me, apparently, have hit their positive cycle. Most every day there are few things which are on the negative which then end up making my day less than stellar.
Certainly I am not ecstatic with super accomplishments, wondrous accolades, a heightened feeling of love and respect, or a huge bank account.
However, things seem to be going well. Everything is looking up.
* Got a good parking place at work.
* SET is working out well.
* It is raining right now but there is a non-rainy Sunday ahead so I can work outside.
* Bank accounts are pretty much where I expected them.
* Received my annual review this week and it was good.
* Finished with expensive trips for a while.
* House reasonably clean: I will focus on re-organizing a few areas on Saturday then.
* Earlier health concerns are erased: no problems now.
* Diet back to the norm, which is to say not completely ideal but at least it is dependable.
* Should get my taxes done on Saturday.
* After an couple of days interruption am starting to get some things done at work again.
* Have a bunch of things to research and organize with regard to movies and ideas from the Turner Classic Movies Classic Film Festival.
* Our cats seem to be ok, but they do need their flea medicine and Spalding gets nervous about going out in the rain (and ends up pooping inside). We may need to bring her to the vet for the first time (for us anyway): she may have some sort of problem that causes her to be colder or something. A year ago she used to eat what she is eating to-day and get a little fat by Winter's end, but she seems to be a little underweight now.
* My truck is doing well.
* Marisa needs to get her auto in for service to check the engine (the light went on). It is probably just a maintenance check after the new engine reached a certain mileage. There does not appear to be a performance problem. That visit will now have to wait until she is back from her trip around April 21.
