To-day all three of our gutters were cleaned and, most importantly, the downspout on the south side was flushed of some clogging debris! Here one of the guys from Oregon Wash scrapes out the leaves and rust from the back roof gutter and the other guy, finished with his cleaning of the two main gutters, gets off the roof.

Now, with a good rain, we will fill both rain barrels and keep things a little drier in the southeast corner in a heavy rain storm.
Can't wait to clean the basement so we can call in a plumber to clean out the drain from the kitchen and replace the pipe. To-day whenever we use the kitchen sink we send water outside through a cracked pipe!
The spigot is busted in that area as well. I don't think the spigot is on a cut-off so I will have to shut down all water when I replace it. Yes, I think I can replace it!
The other important thing accomplished to-day was the grinding of the many stumps from the cut down trees in the alley way.

What a great job Chip-Away did!
That is not a real good depiction of how much that area has changed since the stumps were turned into mulch. However, here is another which shows the mulch path where the stumps existed before. The path leads from the bottom center to the upper right.

Once I cut out those dirt mounds on the right side I can create a clear path through the trees to keep a small vehicle...add a gate there...and add a gate for the driveway...and install fencing in between.
