2013 Landscaping Goals

This is an evolving plan of what I would like to do to our lot in 2013. The diagram is not to scale.
1-2 done in 2012. yay (not as much I wanted to do but, okay).
3. remove dirt in that location. This is evolving. It is a plan within itself.
4. fix stairs and railing.
5. rock garden. This is a plan within itself and somewhat tied to #3.
6. put up fence in his location with gate to hide garbage. The plan says to line them up right next to the house. However, I found they line up better against the North fence.
7. North picket fence.
8. South picket fence.
9. retaining wall.
10. Northwest fence (but not in front of reserved area).
11. Southwest fence and plants around regaining wall.
12. Path to gate (must be window well level minus slope requirement from house).
13. Path to south side.
14. Drainage on south side.
15. Re-dig dry well to finish southside drainage.
16. Re-level ground to house (ramp up to walk way).
17. Re-level ground to house (ramp up to walk way).
18. Re-level ground to house.
19. New water line (but after basement work).
20. New window well.
21- 25. clean all window wells and windows.
26. stump chipping.
27. fence with 2 car wide track gates.
28. garden shack.
29. tree on park strip.
30. roses.
31. raised bed.
32. sunny plants.
33. shady plants.
