Projects
Checking my email box for our projects this year and it looks like we have been at it for almost six months now: interviewing contractors, getting estimates, agreeing on contracts, watching the work, disputing the work, paying for it, planning our lives around it.
No wonder I feel a bit weary of this.
Yet, I am also looking toward what's next!
I am definitely looking at taking a break and enjoying our progress at some point, most likely around July 4!
By then I hope the landscaping is complete and we have a back lawn and a place to park our cars.
I would also like to be able to drive the Falcon.
However:
* re-roof.
* correct roof drainage system.
* fix leaky plumbing.
* rock garden.
* shed.
* fence gate.
* picket fence.
* back gate system with fence sections as needed.
* chip or trim stumps in back.
* clean-up deck.
* new rails and steps for deck.
* clean front room.
* clean more of basement.
* remove clutter on 2nd floor.
