Zac purchased two longer balusters yesterday. He is getting ready to put it all together. Is it possible he will finish this week? If so, I can get busy on the possible staining and then protecting the basement treads. After that is done we can start cleaning up the basement and cellar and move in the treadmill.

It is supposed to snow today, but nothing on the ground at our house. At Skyline? Should allow Marisa to go to her eye exam at Kaiser on N. Interstate. This afternoon I get my toes revealed at Kaiser in Hillsboro, so will check road conditions.

Learned today that the 1915 original version of "The Heart of Lincoln" was found on 16mm, but I suspect it may be the 1920 re-cutting/expanding to 5 reels. The news story says it is the 3-reel version.

Last night watched another episode of Three Body Problem and also one for The Prime Target...both very good.

Looking forward to taking a shower after we get back from the toe appointment! Tomorrow I will go to Lowes, I hope--get 2 inch boards for the fence and bark for the flower bed.

Later this month (Saturday, Feb. 22) I may take a trip to The Dalles to look at the renovation of a theatre there and hear a little of its history! While there I will take photographs and find the preacher/sermon rock.

The Milton Sills project: Only four more movies to start! I need to create a text file with at least one reference and some idea about the movie expressed. Also, I will clean up the folder organization and find any reviews or production articles. I am getting close to the next stage of the project: other chapters on his life before the movies, personal life and what happened after his death.
