Friday Failure

Oct 05, 2024 08:09

Didn't do well on Friday, at least according to my plans.

So I just pick up and try again.

I paid garbage, mortgage, internet and phone bills (they are mailed today).

Also pulled together stray papers for filing, brought down laundry, fixed the laundry basket handle, brought in remaining LPs, brought up the plastic box for Marisa.

Created links and set up access to my Touchstone IRA. Reviewed the requirements for retirement account withdrawls five years from now: what I am planning to withdraw already seems to meet the criteria. The exception was the Touchstone IRA, which is why I set up access for both contributions and withdrawls.

I wanted to shower, but Marisa wanted hers at the same time, so no shower yesterday.

Paid for and downloaded one CD's worth of music from K.C. Craine. I will burn the CD later. Researched James Edson, an actor who was in my high school class. We watched part of an episode from "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." (season 4, episode 5) with James Edson playing the prison warden. He was also in a movie with Robert Culp in 2004 "The Almost Guys" about Culp as an aging car repossession agent (repo man) who stumbles into a sports kidnapping.

My goals for the day now:
[] breakfast
[] shower.
[] get dressed.
[] get Q-tips and band-aids...and work on my warts.
[] shave.
[] file all papers.
[] clear kitchen sink.
[] process cat food cans.
[] clean cat litter and dining room cat poop.
[] upload photos.

Slightly longer term:
* establish daily routine.
* research/writing time.
* warts/shaving/showers
* bus trips.
* yard work.
* kitchen.
* cat litter.
* vacuuming.
* room progress.
* paper work.
* meals.

papers, retirement, cat litter, warts
