Independence Day
Continued working on finishing the backyard for inspection today! I worked from around 9 a.m. to around 5 p.m. with a 1 1/2 hour break for lunch. This on a day where the high temperature was supposed to be 91 degrees Fahrenheit. I worked in shade most of the day and there was a slight breeze, so it wasn't too bad.
While not much changed, I did manage to centralize all items that still need to be removed. Most of these items came from LBT, some from the North side. That leaves a move open LBT and the rose garden, both which can receive surplus dirt from the back walkway excavation (mostly to the LBT).
The big removal and trimming, as planned, won't happen until Saturday and Sunday.
* Completed putting glass in one jar (some glass left, will start another jar).
* Removed the remaining scalloped border pieces to a new location.
* Removed the two rotting pallets from LBT
* Pulled a few additional things from the south side
* accumulated all items in an area on the back driveway for removal.
* move asbestos by hatch to stoop
* clip (and/or dig up) weeds and tree branches.
* pull other items to be removed from north side yard.
* rake LBT.
* finish adding brick to pie shared area.
* move white rock bag to near window well.

[w] move river rock to repository
So, tomorrow, Friday morning finish what I already started and:
[ ] transplant grass from alleyway to back yard.
[ ] move large heavy plywood to driveway area.
[ ] shovel dirt at center of walkway to LBT.
[ ] move hatch to back driveway for removal.
[ ] fold up all tarps.
[ ] move concrete slabs from LBT.
[ ] move sand bags to south side.
[ ] move chair/foot to side yard.
[ ] weed south side.
[ ] empty straw bags (Waddles) into compost bin, throw out bags.
[ ] put cut branches into compost bin (retain what might chip well).
[ ] bag colored river rock.
[ ] move colored river rock and white rock bags to window well.
[ ] bag asbestos.
[ ] put additional items in small boxes.
[ ] get 2nd glass and put remaining glass in there.
[ ] stow pottery shards separately.
[ ] move asbestos bag and small boxes, glasses of glass, inside the house.
Probably Saturday:
[ ] move black stone to area between drive way and chimney memorial walkway.
[ ] change direction for brick in approach.
[ ] add black stone to other side of approach.
[ ] add landscape fabric to rest of walkway.
[ ] find more brick to go onto walkway.
[ ] frog and black rocks over landscape fabric.
[ ] sunflower and irregular stones with slate sculpture over landscape fabric.
[ ] remove accumulated stuff
[ ] rake as needed to remove leafs and debris.
[ ] weed driveway.
[ ] sweep driveway.
Probably Sunday:
[ ] add to rejuvenated ground.
[ ] dig out more of walkway to add landscape fabric and gravel (hammer concrete).
[ ] put in bricks.
[ ] chip all branches.
[ ] spread chips and bagged bark.
[ ] weed wack front park strip.
[ ] weed wack back yard.
