Thanks for your reply, I apologize at my late response. I've been doing some renovations on the house and the post has simply fallen behind. As far as the party goes, I do believe it will be held on the 21st. I hope that will be available for you.
As far as the menu goes feel free to surprise me, think of it as a test drive of your catering service. I am just not used to being a party host and would have no idea what to feed people. Any food will be quite good enough for me. Though I do have an inclination for cream puffs that I do believe will lead to my demise. I have yet to send out the invitations and thus have no replies, so I will inform you of a possible number as soon as possible. Perhaps anywhere from twenty to fifty. I may be completely off though, like I said, parties are not my forte.
