We have found our apartment!
It's such a great little apartment... it's small but not too small. There's even a little private yard (tiny) that would be ours to plant flowers or let the puppy run around in (when we get one). There are washer and dryer hookups (HOLLA!)
There's a beach down the street (it's not even a gross one, it's nice)
The landlord doesn't even like doing leases, so we'd be tenants at will. He is really nice and laid back.
We're going to hear back from him today (hopefully)
and we'll have all of October to paint and move in...
ah i'm so excited!
