"You're ridiculous." This is ridiculous, Seungho thought, as he reloaded his pistol, squinting an eye to get a better look at the target at the other end of the room.

Just as he was readying himself to take his shot - to hit dead in the center of the ring for fourth, fifth or sixth time that day alone -, a sharp jab to his ribs broke his concentration. "What the hell, Minyoung."

Minyoung sent him a satisfied smirk, reaching forward to grab his gun from him. "You should really think about fitting in some more time for those crunches of yours, you're starting to get...," she trailed off, using her free hand to poke at his stomach as she tightened her grip around the bottom of the gun, and (in turn) his hand. "... Soft."

"Fuck that," he shot off, beginning to pull his hand back from Minyoung's, only to wince at the sharp nails she dug into the top of his fingers. "You need to learn how to talk to your superiors in a more respectful tone. I'm not your older brother's friend anymore, I'm your..."

Seungho felt himself halt as Minyoung pressed herself closer to his side, stretching out their arms as she maneuvered herself in front of him, chest flush against his own. "You're my what?"

"I'm your superior." Seungho shifted against her.

Minyoung rolled her eyes up at him, a laugh rolling up her throat. "Maybe on paper, but I'm pretty sure we both know who the real boss is here," she winked, peeling away from him as she (finally) got the gun out of his hand. "Sorry, Oppa," she finished, raising the gun upward and shooting toward the target.

Seungho groaned.

The nightly news, if anything, was an infinite downer and not exactly the first thing Kibum wanted to sit down to watch after a long day of practicing at the studio. He wanted a good movie, a good drama; anything that wasn't fixated on all the awful things going on around the globe or... the idol world. He'd spent enough time earlier that day rubbing elbows with other idols from the company, and trying to perfect the dance steps for their next comeback. God, the fucking comeback.

Head flying forward into his cupped hands, Kibum sighed - long and heavy, as the weight on the other end of the couch shifted.

"Why so glum?" A familiar voice spoke up from the side, which only helped to turn his long sigh into a grunt of disapproval.

"Go away," he mumbled at his groupmate, eye peeking out from one of his palms to take in a frowning Jonghyun.

"Wow, someone's touchy," Jonghyun raised an eyebrow.

"You fucking think?" Kibum let out another sigh, leaning back away from his hands, head falling against the back of the couch. "Can you just leave me alone for awhile? I've exhausted, I just want some... time to myself."

"And you're using that time to watch the news?" Jonghyun questioned, moving to grab the remote control from in front of Kibum. Kibum felt the urge to jerk forward and take the thing from Jonghyun altogether but the motivation to do disappeared almost as quickly as it'd come to life.

"I guess I am."

Jonghyun clicked his tongue. "Well," he paused, clicking the "power" button on the remote, the television screen turning to black. "We can't have that."

Kibum turned back to look at Jonghyun, mouth widening in disbelief. "Turn that back on," he demanded. Jonghyun chuckled in response.

"Not when I have a totally better way to amuse you with." Kibum's expression scrunched into one of confusion.

He shook his head. "I doubt whatever you have in mind is even that interesting, so I'll pas-..."

"I found my ancient Nintendo earlier. Game for some Pokémon Gold?"

Okay, maybe he could entertain him just that once.

"Why do they call it the forbidden dance?" Kaeun turned her gaze up toward Joon - or Changseon oppa, as he'd told her to call him earlier that day - as he brushed a final stroke of kohl eyeliner under his bottom lid. She turned to the side to get a better look at him, catching the small smile that crossed his lips from through his reflection in the mirror.

Changseon shrugged lightly, dropping the eyeliner stick down onto the top of the vanity that had been provided for him and the rest of his group mates, as he turned to face Kaeun. "I think it has something do with a movie they made about the dance," he answered. Kaeun's mouth formed into a circle - she didn't totally understand where he was coming from, but it was still a decent enough answer. "That's irrelevant though."

"Is it?" She raised an eyebrow as he took a few steps closer to her, his smile widening.

"Yeah, of course, what matters the most here is how well we do it," he paused, reaching forward to grab her hand, tilting downward to press a kiss to it. "We have to kill it, okay?"

Kaeun nodded her head, standing up from her seat into the small bit of open space between the two of them. "Yes, oppa, fighting!" She returned his smile, pumping her free hand up into the air, fist clenched, hoping for some extra luck via the action.

Changseon imitated her fist pump as he let go of her other hand, turning his heel toward the exit of the dressing room. "Okay, we have five minutes before we go on stage, let's go practice it one more ti-..."

Biting down onto her bottom lip, Kaeun leaned back against the arm of the chair behind her. "Oppa?"

Turning back to look at Kaeun, Changseon let out a hum of acknowledgement at her call to him.

"For a little bit of extra luck...," she trailed off, stepping forward in his direction, pressing her hand against his chest gently when she came within contact distance. She turned up to give him a silent knowing look, grabbing for one of his hands and bringing it to the side of her dress where a pesky, uncomfortably placed zipper laid.

"Extra luck?"

Leaning forward into him, Kaeun captured Changseon's lips with her own, biting down onto his bottom lip as his fingers played with the zipper. Pulling back, she broke out into a toothy grin. "Who knows what we can fit in after we're done with the stage, right?"

It wasn't exactly a "forbidden" dance, but it'd be a hell of a good enough time for her.

"Shit!"

Jinri had been woken up by a lot of strange things in her time: her cat suffocating her with it's backside, her mother piling her entire wardrobe on top of her bed, her baby brother throwing her rattle at the her head, but this was a new first. A swift kick to the ribs, that is.

Exhaling sharply at the wave of pain that hit her, her eyes popped open, taking a moment of so to adjust to the room around her. It was in that moment that she remembered exactly where she was, and that wasn't her own bedroom.

Sitting upward, hand moving instinctively to rub at her side (and the bruise that was surely going to start forming there within minutes time), Jinri spotted a mass of pink hair flash in front of her - followed by a series of low curses.

"Shit, shit, shit," the voice continued before finally stopping to acknowledge her awoken presence. "Sleeping beauty," Soojung started, bending down to grab at a random article of clothing. "Sorry that I wasn't able to give you the "good morning" cunnilin-...," her tone was rushed before stopping for a second time, eyes widening at the shaking of her doorknob. "Fuck, fuck, fuc-..."

"Oh my god, Soojung, cool it for a second, what's going o-..." Jinri started, only to be silenced by a flying Soojung, body flopping onto the bed over her own, covering her mouth with her hand.

"My parents weren't supposed to get home until after noon, but they're early and you're not supposed to be here and, if you didn't notice already, you're kind of topless right now," Soojung rambled, removing her hand from over Jinri's mouth as Jinri looked downward, confirming what Soojung pointed out.

"... Shit."

"Yeah," Soojung agreed, rolling off of Jinri onto the carpeting below them, grabbing for one of her tanks and tossing it up toward her girlfriend. "Shit is correct."

Stretching the shirt out in front of her, Jinri pulled it quickly over the top of her head, examining Soojung from the side as she frantically attempted to put her room back together. Jinri couldn't help but wonder how messy things really had gotten the night before from the look of things - the discarded clothing spread across the carpeting, how the sheet of Soojung's bed appeared to be completely out of place. But, most of all, why there were dozens of M&M's scattered across the floor.

Losing herself in questioning these things, Jinri barely caught the shriek of terror Soojung let out as the door to her room opened. Throwing the comforter draped over the bottom half of her body over her head, Jinri clenched her eyes together, readying herself for the inevitable verbal pattling from Mr. and Mrs. Jung.

Instead, she was met with shrill laughter - feminine laughter, not just one voice, but two and the ringing in the laughs sounding painfully familiar.

Peeking out from under the sheet, Jinri spotted Soojung's older sister, Sooyeon, doubled over in laughter - with her friend, Taeyeon, at her side. Taeyeon reached over to grab Sooyeon's shoulder for support, beginning to laugh harder as Jinri sat up again.

"Soojung, I'm not a ghost, stop looking at me like you just saw one," Sooyeon continued to laugh, eyes turning toward Jinri. "The parents aren't back yet, you're safe, it's just us."

Jinri could hear Soojung sigh heavily in relief down on the floor.

"Oh, and sweetie?" Sooyeon called toward Jinri. "Your shirt's inside out."

Jieun frowned down at her friend (her best friend), her coven sister (and, if she had any say in the matter, also girlfriend but that was the least important side note right then) as she groaned into the side of her pillow. Tiny beads of sweat rolled down the side of her face, her expression twisted into one nothing short of distress.

"Hana," Jieun started, leaning forward to run a fresh, damp towel along her forehead. "We're gonna find out who did this, okay?"

Hana let out a small chuckle, despite her excruciating pain, eyelashes fluttered as her eyes popped open. "You know who did it," she started. Jieun pursed her lips together - okay, maybe she did, but she hadn't wanted to go pointing fingers at the obvious unless absolutely necessary. "And I know you didn't want to go pointing fingers at anyone, but it's completely obvious."

"Reading my thoughts again," Jieun shook her head as she looked back at the small pot boiling behind them, tilting to get a better look at it's contents. "Only another minute or two left, okay? My grandma always used to use this on my mom when she got into fights with the rival coven. It just takes a few sips, that one incantation and some wishful thinking."

Hana smiled up at Jieun. "Incantation, you always get so fancy."

Jieun laughed lightly. "It's a pretty word."

"Pretty words for a pretty girl." Jieun felt herself blush on cue.
