Have you ever been screwed over in a situation for another person's benefit?
Yah...well, imagine going through that with everything big in your life.
Events such as highschool graduation, an open house, traveling abroad, or getting ready to leave for college can be quite overwhelming yet exciting. Okay...so, the attention is supposed to be on YOU before all of these events, right? People congratulating you over your highschool graduation, then attending a party all about you, then saying their goodbyes before you leave for a badass vacation, and then...wishing you the best of luck before you leave for college.
Now, imagine not experiencing the excitement for ANY of those things because there's always someone else that wants the attention more than you do.
And they get that attention with screwing you the fuck over.
Am I making sense here?
Honestly, I have never been given so much grief or have been let down so many times before in my life. By people that I love.
And I don't do anything about it, because I don't want to seem like a baby or a whiner.
So I just take it all.
And in the meantime, I'm just waiting for the moment to get away from this disaster that I call life at home.
Just waiting.
Just fucking waiting while people continue to dump their problems on me.
