(no subject)
LJ, it has been too long. I like LJ because it is semi-amonymous and I'm semi-private. This is the evening before Thanksgiving, 2012. I've pulled out some old CDs and records. They sound better than ever. I must go find another... Ah, there it is: the vinyl, English pressing picture disc 33 rpm long playing record of Revolver, with 10 tracks that weren't on the US release.
I made a pork tacos today. I cut a big roast in half and one half was braised in red wine and mirepoix while the other half was smoked with a Madeira glaze. Then, the results were diced and mixed with spices, shallots, garlic, pasillo peppers, a poblano and some potatoes. Hard to explain, but it was great - spicy.
The book I'm reading is boring and I find myself re-reading the last book.
