In a game that I play, you collect rumors, patterns, and hard facts. You can also come up with plans, so when you need one, you just say, "I already have a plan." I'm kind of in that situation, as I know that we are going to eventually be in a situation where we will have to come up with how we are going to organize our time when in the US. I've come up with a solution, so I've writing it down in my zettelkasten (collection of notes). I'm also writing here that I'm putting it there, in hopes that I'll remember where I put it.
All else is going more or less fine. I'm tired but becoming less so. I'm also vowing to listen more to my glucometer, since the new one seems to give me more useful information (more accurate readings?). We'll see if this helps with my blood sugar ups and downs. I'm also vowing to listen to the blood pressure reader, since that seems to be telling me to drink more water. I think I find this difficult to do, because my blood sugar and my blood pressure seem dependent on many variables, and I just can't keep them in my head. I think this is something I may have been able to figure out pre-brain damage, but now it is just too much. Anyway, we'll see if it helps.
