Well, there really isn't all that much going on besides food preparations (and some crafting preparations, because heaven forbid that I not have enough fabric during the apocalypse). I have to admit that Joel and I really enjoy this kind of thing (preparing, that is, not people dying). It is fun to stock up on food. However, I know that having this much energy comes at a cost for me. I'll definitely suffer for it later. However, at the moment, I'm doing fine. With luck, everything will get sorted out for me in short order, and then I can go back to making sure that I don't do too much.

- Thursday: Trout on celery with cabbage, cucumber, dill weed, lemon juice, and parsley
- Friday: Chicken on cucumber with cabbage and vinegar
- Saturday: Pork on cauliflower with cucumber and vinegar
- Sunday: Chicken on cauliflower with onions, brussels sprouts, and mustard
