Something my body needs it isn't getting, and I feel pretty crappy at the moment. Probably I need more bread-based carbs, as the potatoes I ate with dinner may not be getting the job done. Or it could be something else. However, since I'm not sure what else it could be, I'm going to err on the side of caution and add more lavash (an Armenian flatbread that is great for everything) to our menu for the next week. My vitamin needs seem all wonky, as the dosage that made me crazy a month ago now doesn't seem to be enough. However, we finally have heat, and everything seems to be moving along in a more or less okay manner. So, hopefully, I'll feel better soon.
In other news, it is chilly here but lovely. The leaves on the trees are all turning. It sounds like my family on the east coast of the US is doing pretty well. Last I heard, the hurricane wasn't supposed to hit them.
