My only real goal for this week is to get started on my Fallout Jumpsuit. Hopefully, it won't take as long as Joel's did. I sincerely doubt I'll get it completed this week, though, as I have a ton of other stuff to do.
The chickens have really cut back on their egg laying. Ever since Peasblossom finished up with her broodiness, we've had very few eggs. Cobweb is on the chicken porch again, acting weird, so I'm guessing she may have some egg laying plans. On the other hand, she could just be hanging out and being weird. She slept on the chicken porch last night too, while the other girls slept in the coop. I'm not sure what is up with them. Hopefully, they will all pull it together. Of course, our weather has been weird, so it isn't just the chickens.
I'm hoping that tonight's cornbread recipe turns out. I had one that Joel liked, but I can't remember how I made it. I think I added green chilies and perhaps less cornmeal that usual. I'll keep working on it.
