life is good
well things are going as well as they can right now.
i have been trying to close on the building so i can get in there and start but the closing keeps getting pushed back. we are waiting on a on the title search to come back clear, so hopefully i will know tomorrow. when that comes in i am going to start immediately. i went to lowe's today and looked at cabinets and countertops. there are some really neat options out there now. i wish everyone else worked on my schedule, it would make life so much easier.
i got a call from a guy today that is very interested in my lofts, so i may have a buyer already. i hope so. that would free up the money to purchase the next building for renovation before this one is even done. i also found out that there are a few other folks that may be interested. it would be amazing to have all four sold before i even start. talk about a blessing.
i would love to do these two buildings and then buy two more that are down the street. in the future i would also like to go all over the state and do the same thing in bham, tuscaloosa, mobile, huntsville. be the loft apartment pro for the whole state.
i emailed HGTV yesterday and let them know my story. hopefully they will be interested, some exposure can't hurt.
